The Smiley Church Cemetery was located "near North Columbia in the Town of Litchfield". The reading was done by Mr. L. S. Abrams of Rome, NY, most likely in the early 1930s. Since the six burials noted are all of war veterans this is probably not a complete reading of the cemetery.
