I, Warren Coolidge of the town of Frankfort in the County
of Herkimer Yeoman, being mindful ofmy mortality do
this thirteenth day of July in the year of our Lord one
thousand, eight hundred and forty four make and publish
this my last will and testament in manner following that
is to day. I give and bequeath unto my sons Ahio and Porter
S. and to my duaghters Lorana Brayton, Luancy Rogers,
Delight Titus, Amanda Coolidge, Eunice Coolidge, divonia [sic]
Coolidge and
Fanny Coolidge all my personal Whatsoever in
equal proportions--And I do hereby Constitute and appoint
my sons Horace and Ahio Executors of this my last will
and testment. In witness whereof Ihave hereunto set
my hand and seal the day and year above written
Warren Coolidge [seal]. The above instrument consisting
of one half that was now here subscirbed by Waren Coolidge
the testator in the presence of each of us, and was at
the same time declared by him to be his last will
and testament and we at his request sign our
names hereto as attesting witnesses
