Frankfort Center Notes:

July 2, Ray RIDDELL and wife of Utica called on Mr. RIDDELL'S parents, Mr. & Mrs. John RIDDELL, last Saturday.

Miss Doris KANE is spending a few days with her grandmother, Mrs. W. A. KANE.

Miss Shirley JONES was in Herkimer last week.

Porter DOUGHERTY lost a valuable horse one day last week.

James BLOOM is helping Grove MORGAN with his haying.

Harry MARKLE has employment with Grove MORGAN.

John RIDDELL has improved the looks of his home with a new coat of paint. Merrit STERLING did the painting.

Mrs. MILLER and little grandson, who have been spending a few days with her daughter Mrs. Grove MORGAN, returned home last Sunday.

D. S. JONES is doing F. B. NICHOLS haying.

Quite a few of our center people are picking garden berries for Joseph PARATONE.

Mr. & Mrs. BRIDENBECKER, Mrs. Rosetta VALENTINE, Mr. & Mrs. Henry DAVIS, Allie ALDINGER, William GRUNDY and son motored to Delta Dam Sunday.

Wilbur SMITH of Oneida, former resident of this place is spending a few days with William MARKLE.

Mrs. W. A. KANE entertained her sister, Mrs. Louisa HALL and daughter, Rosa HALL of New Hartford this past week.

Mr. & Mrs. John LESURE were recent callers at the home of Mrs. Sarah SHOFER.
