HERKIMER COUNTY, N.Y.

"Morgan Bryan was a banker in Richfield Springs, Otsego Co. NY. He was married with a child and 2 servants in
1870. He was approximately 27 yrs old at the time of this petition. I find nothing on H.N. Tunnicliff.
There was a young child at the time named Horatio N. Tunnicliff."
WE, the undersigned Tax Payers, assessed and appearing upon the Assessment roll for the year 1865, of the Town
of Warren, County of Herkimer hereby give our consent, and authorize the Commissioners appointed, or to be
appointed, to subscribe to the capital stock of the UTICA, AND SUSQUEHANNA VALLEY RAILROAD COMPANY, the sum of
One hundred thousand dollars and issue Bonds in the corporate name of said Town for the sum of One hundred
thousand dollars, in payment of the same, pursuant to an act of the Legislature of the State of New York, entitled
"An Act to authorize certain Towns in the Counties of Oneida, Herkimer, Madison, Otsego and Chenango, to issue Bonds and take
stock in the Utica, Chenango and Susquehanna Valley Railroad," passed April 4, 1866.
