HARTER. In Warren on Tue 19 Sep, David Franklin Harter, age 2 years, 7 months and 22 days, and James Henry Harter, age 3 years, 9 months and 9 days. Only sons of Lawrence and Betsy Harter. They burned to death in a house fire. The boys had been left alone by their babysitter Henry Miller, age 15, who was a member of their family and had frequently been left in charge of the boys before. Funeral the following Friday.
