The Old Bridge at Newport, NY - 1907 postcard

Hello there! I'm Bill McKerrow, Town of Newport Coordinator. I was born and lived my first 17 years in Newport. Joined the Army Air Corps in 1948, stayed for 20 plus years and traveled extensively around the world. In all those travels, I have never found a place or people I liked better than in Newport and Herkimer County. I return there at every opportunity and enjoy sharing my knowledge of the area. If you have any questions about the Town of Newport I hope I can help.

Further information about the Newport Historical Center and the Kuyahoora Valley Historical Society is on our historical societies page.
